Good Morning Seekers and Happy April! Today we're kicking off Music Therapy Monday with a song that is all about fun, being uplifted and being true to who you are. This song was not only nominated for an Academy Award, but also is part of an incredible movie about hope, faith, love, community, family and the rise of one of my favorite things, the underdog!

Keeping things simple and not getting lost in our own thoughts has been one of the ways we have found (and research has as well,) to live in a more peaceful state. SO in today's Music Therapy Monday, we hope you focus on just enjoying your life exactly the way it is today and not over thinking some of the simplest things in your life and just appreciating them.

We all know music can change our moods, for better or for worse. The power of music is why I started performing music. It provides so much power to help you feel hopeful, loved and happy in just 3 mins. Now, understanding the functioning of the brain more, I know the scientific reasons behind those changes.
