OUR BELIEFS

FOUNDERS NOTE As one of the founders of WellSeekers and Welleekers Podcast, I want you to know this work is personal. I’ve been in the place where life delivers curveballs that challenge your health, stability, and sense of self. There were times when, instead of meeting myself with care or asking for support, I leaned on old habits that offered temporary relief but ultimately made things harder. I know what it’s like to want to feel better and not know how, or to know what might help and still struggle to make space for it.
What changed things for me wasn’t a single breakthrough or perfect solution. It was a combination of one-on-one support, education, and hearing other people’s stories. Over time, I saw how small shifts could create meaningful change and how the stories I heard mattered. This podcast and the stories and tools we share here won’t solve everything. But they can hopefully start to offer a bridge back to where you want to be in real life. We hope what you hear can help you reflect, grow, and relate differently to people, places, and things, and sometimes, that’s exactly what’s needed. It took me years of personal exploration and professional study to begin finding approaches to well-being that actually felt sustainable and authentic in a world full of so much inauthenticity. I created WellSeekers to pass those stories, conversations, and practical tools forward, not as answers, but as companions on the path. We’re often told that change comes from the outside in. And we’re often told we should be able to do it alone. Neither of those things has been true in my experience. Change is an internal process and a relational one. We need people. We need connection. We need spaces that make it easier — not harder — to care for ourselves while living real life. That’s why WellSeekers exists: to offer community, connection, and compassion; to share real, grounded stories, information, and perspectives; and to support people as they make sense of where they’ve been, where they are, and where they’re going. I know how difficult it can be to take time for yourself. And I also know — from experience — that it matters. I’m glad you’re here. — Lucia |
WELCOME TO THE SEEKERHOOD!WellSeekers is on a mission to explore what it really means to live well, not perfectly, not performatively, but in real life.
We share real stories, conversations, and tools that support healthier relationships with yourself, with others, and with the life you’re living. This is a space for people who are curious about change, open to growth, and interested in living with more connection, clarity, and care — mind, body, spirit, and relationships included. WellSeekers isn’t about quick fixes or becoming someone else. It’s about shaping a life that feels more aligned, meaningful, and sustainable over time, one story, one conversation, one small shift at a time. The Seekerhood isn’t about having it all figured out. It’s about showing up curious, open, and willing to engage with your life as it is, while staying connected to others doing the same. We’re so glad you’re here! Welcome to the Seekerhood. |
