Day #1 is focused on giving you the skills and support needed to decide what structure should look like for you and how it fits into your unique situation. Filled with videos, solutions, stories and takeaway activities to help you define what you need and how to get there.
 
Day Two // Feeling Your Feelings: How & Why It’s Key
Day #2 is focused on giving you the skills and support around identifying, exploring and coping with the wave of emotions you may be experiencing. Our videos and takeaway activities will help guide you and support the process of feeling your feelings.
 
Day Three // Self-care Secrets: What Self-care Really Means & How to Practice It
Day #3 is focused on giving you the skills and support around finding the best and most realistic self-care practices. We also dive into what self-care actually means and help you re-define it for yourself. Our videos and takeaway activities will help you get in touch with sustainable practices that support your specific needs and situation. 

Day Four // Staying Present:
Day #4 is focused on giving you the skills and support needed to stay present in the midst of, and after, a stormy time. Through the videos and takeaway activities in this section you will gain the tools needed to process what you are feeling in a helpful way so you can rise and comeback to optimal health and a place of wellbeing. 
 
Day Five // Seeking & Accessing Joy: How & Why You It’s Critical in These Times
Day #5 is focused on giving you the skills and support needed to find and access joy even in this challenging time. With the support of the videos and takeaway activities we will walk with you to help you define what joy means to you and why it is critical now more than ever.
