Yesterday was “Fat Tuesday," and I took that day seriously. In fact, the last week and a half I’ve had a hankering for cake every second of the day and a deep desire to grab a fork and literally mount a pastry case at Whole Foods. All of these things helped me realize that my sugar cravings are way out of control. For some reason this winter, even watching what I eat most days, the scale has managed to creep up. For me feeling good means SO much more than my weight. (Something I have worked hard to change.) But the reality is, I have been feeling sluggish and for me that means resetting my mind and body; just in time for SPRING!
Something that has worked for me before is the Whole 30 and I have been wanting to do the challenge since the start of the new year, so what better day to start than TODAY! And who better to do this challenge with than my Seekerhood.
