Dr Halligan has been in the field of addiction medicine for over 15 years specializing in holistic solutions to chronic & complex conditions and is certified as an in-home addiction practitioner. Dr Halligan has been a spokesperson for the field of addiction medicine for over 10 year offering training to medical students, registered nurses, and working with impaired nurses and physicians, encouraging and advocating for safe integration back into practice once recovery has been obtained.
