Laugh All Weekend Long
Laughing isn't just an enjoyable process, it is also is a sure fire way to change your mood for the better. One thing I have found in my seeking process is that nothing beats the feeling of laughing. It reminds me not to take myself too seriously and that hope exists even in the darkest of times.
Neurologically, laughter increases the endorphins in your brain chemistry, making you feel happier and more well with each giggle. If you want to read more about it, here is an incredible article from Scientific America that will give you all the science based reasons you should be laughing.
