Chris Toulson is the founder of Meditation & Mindfulness, a business that provides meditation and mindfulness-based services around the world. Chris is passionate about inspiring people to take up meditation; his mission is to help the mental health of people worldwide by giving them the tools to find peace within themselves and cope with modern-day stressors. Starting out in 2018, but with experience spanning long before that, Chris leads a team of mental health advocates and meditation practitioners from multiple countries who deliver live sessions to individuals, groups and global companies such as Tik Tok. They now also run a virtual studio that hosts live classes daily to enable people from all corners of the globe to experience the life-changing benefits of meditation together.
