Kelly Miller is a Nutritional Therapist and CCAR certified Recovery Coach who specializes in nutrition for addiction recovery. After years of struggling with food addiction and alcohol dependency she launched a virtual nutrition practice that aims to serve both individuals in recovery, as well as treatment centers and their providers. Kelly developed the PAWS Protocol, a set of nutritional strategies designed to meet the unique needs of individuals in recovery, that aims to improve mood, reduce cravings and prevent relapse. She shares these tools through private coaching, group facilitation and various workshops and seminars. Kelly also sits on the Board of STIGMA, a Denver based non-profit that provides resources for those struggling with addiction, hunger and homelessness. She is passionate about recovery and can’t think of a better way to spend her time, than sharing her lived and learned experience with people who just want to better their lives.
