During this time of challenge we have asked some of our friends of the show to share with us the ways they are finding to Rise & Comeback to a place of well. On today's show Campbell Ritchie, Make-up Artist, Truth and WellSeeker, joins us to share some of the ways she uses finding and feeling better from the mind down during these times. So what does Campbell’s day look like? She starts off each day with a morning meditation followed immediately with a Wim Hoff breathing exercise. Then it’s time to feel fully awake with a 3 minute freezing cold shower. Campbell then enjoys yoga, before eating and fasting. Then it’s time to feed her curiosity with reading. Lots and lots of reading! Afterwards, to bring her back in touch with herself, she’ll do a short guided meditation, ending her day and starting her night!
